Discovery health contribution for 2024 and conract

I received a mail from discovery medical aid stating that my contribution for 2024 is going to be R3354. 00 from. Jan 01 2024. At the moment i am paying R1489 per momth. Nearly double the amount. I am a keycare plus member. The contribution is based on a persons income. I am a pesioner who is receiving an annunity from discovery. The medical aid has also stated my inccome on the letter. The amount shown on the letter is not according to info showing on the income group. Now to get hold of discoverg health through the app, whatsup and mail is totally impossible. No email address is given for discovery health on google anymore. The whatsup number to contact them is totally useless. A dot assistant is available through the aop and whatsup. Unfortunately the dot assistant is not clued up to give an answer. Well if discovery health is going to proceed with the new contribution for 2024 i will have to cancel my medical aid. Not affordable. The procedure to contact discovery health by gmail apo and whatsup stinks to high heaven and is totally unacceptable. Its just makes the contact between medical aid client more complicated
