Discovery Health continues its poor service

I've just had a long altercation with Discovery about poor service in January. One of the complaints was that Discovery made a partial payment to a doctor of mine on Dec 7 without notifying me. .Now it is repeating this absurdity. On January 30 it paid a sum of R 1062.69 into my account but I received no accompanying documentation !! I can therefore make no sense of the payment The Ref no was ***. What is going on at Discovory?
