Discovery Health compromising my health. I've spoken to Sibongile in the Chronic dept yesterday on the 31st March and she confirmed the PMB script has been received and today before midday, my script will be captured. I made it clear to her that my medication will last me until the 2nd April 2022.

She reassured me that my script will be captured and finalized

Should I NOT get my medication by tomorrow, at 10am, will seek intervention from Adrian Gore's office
