Discovery health complaint about a debit order, not even being a medical aid member of Discovery

Yet again Discovery seems to amaze me every time. I am so disappointed and furious with Discovery as they debited me on the 26th of February 2024, knowing that I am not even a member of their medical aid anymore. This is unacceptable if you ask me. My question is how do you as Discovery get to do this ? In January Discovery said they can’t get hold of me after giving them my working hours and when I am available and then no one phoned me in the times I have given them.

I am really fed up with this now it is beginning to become absurd !!!
