Hi. So in terms of claims, Discovery is excellent. Thank you but when I have a question, to call from a cell phone is hellish expensive especially with all the wasted waiting time and emails are NEVER responded to except for the automated email saying your ticket number. The Bot cannot answer all the questions . Please up your game ito responding to emails Thanks
