Discovery Health Clowns

On the 21 July 2023, I requested that my banking details to be amended, we are now almost a month in to my query and have not heard back from Discovery Health. My question is this, is there any competent people working in this organisation? The CEO needs to start looking at the Policies and Procedures of how to deal with staff or shall I say IBOT's to assist us human's to assist us`. They are quickly to increase fees twice a year and expect members to be happy with their non-commitment to after-sales service!!! It's an absolute disgrace how this corporate gets away with this sort of non-service!!!!!!!!!!
