Discovery Health claims too lazy to phone me

I am honestly getting very annoyed with Discovery Health repeatedly rejecting my claim saying "incorrect practice number". I have contacted my health care provider once again and they confirm that practice number ********** is correct.

Why does getting a claim approved always have to be a fight with you?
