Discovery health claim payment still not paid

Discovery health does not want to pay out my claim that was suppose to be paid on the 12th of January. I have called numerous times to get assistance and spoken to 3 managers now but still nothing is being done. They definitely not as good as they claim to be. Once i get my money paid i will cancel my medical aid and look for something better that actually cares about their customers.
