Discovery Health claim for COVID19 test.

I sent in a claim for COVID19 test as I was referred by my surgeon as it is compulsory to go for a COVID19 test to get approval to enter the hospital prior to surgery to be performed. Hospitalization was pre approved. Original claim was sent online after the surgery was completed. I have sent a number of follow up requests, new claims and all required information. But still no finalization or payment of the claim.
