Discovery Health Claim

Discovery employee called me to assist with processing a claim. She went all out for assist me to understand what is required and called second party involved to get the documents. Unfortunately the service provider is a pharmacy, well known and reputable. They failed to provide a simple invoice which is required to finalize my claim and there is nothing discovery can do with out this invoice. I appreciate the effort taken by discovery consultant who even followed up in a few days. Please keep up the good work. And you are amazing. Thank you.
