A double payment was made towards my medical aid scheme, I spoke to Sithasolwazi Gonyani who assured me that the reimbur*****t would've cleared 4 working days later, I called today 5 days later only to be told that the request wasn't made. In the meanwhile my budget is R7000 less, with no bother from Discovery.
