Discovery Health causing ill Health,

Almost 3 months ago I app**** for a medical device, I was told discovery would only cover a portion of this device , and I have to apply for ex gratia to make a decision to fully fund this device , completed the forms , submitted everything confirmed with Remedi Discovery that everything is in order ! Up until today no feedback , no device, no nothing , I have send motivations , I have send the study reports , even Bonitas medical aid covers this device in full , But discovery health is rather causing me ill Health , I feel like this story must be told on Carte Blanche! REMEDI doesn't Remedy my Health rather causing distress.
