Discovery Health causes headaches iso curing them

I submitted a claim which I had to settle directly with a dental practice on 22 Dec. I used funds which were designated for end of month debit orders, based on Discoverys 2 to 3 working day promise. No word on the claim from Discovery......despite 3 follow up calls from myself. This is a very disappointing experience and they have now caused financial headache for me regarding debit orders which are about to be collected.
