Discovery Health cant offer simple benefits- Disappointed and highly upset

So i have been a Discovery health member for years now, i have never had to use any of the hospital benfits of savings for myself, always my kids or husband, but yesterday i deceided to use my medica aid to get my teeth sorted out, thinking to myself that i have medical aid surely these people who take a **** load of money from me every month will have a dentistry benefit cause i am on a good plan. Well let me tell you something, all my procedures i had done came out of my savings, i get on the phone to discovery to ask why is there no dentistry benefit offered and the fool that works in the call centre tells me all dentistry procedures done in doctors rooms come out of your savings, now Discovery you are voted the best medical aid right, so why not offer us your customers simple benefits like Dentistry. You guys are ripping us off, its not fair that we pay so much and cant get a simple dental benefit. I was told that if its not in hospital then it come out of my savings lol, im sorry Discovery i am moving to Bontias atleast there i will be able to get my teeth seen to without having to have to worrying about my annual savings.
