Discovery Health

I'm very disappointed in Discovery, my husband receives chronic medication. We did not notice that chronic meds went off on our threshold . Im trying to rectify this and dicovery said that they wont return the treshold because the medication was not approved for chronic but my husband was receiving this meds for the last 2 years. I dont agree with this. This is not a new script and this is not the first set of meds. I feel that we pay a lot of money towards our medical aid and now you dont cover our chronic meds for 1 month just because you can.

I think that discovery do not care about anything just getting there money monthly payment. When you need to pay in and pay more your problem cause they are making cut. I have been with discovery for my whole life and it time to change.
