Discovery health BLUFFING Customers

Damian Govendor called me on my last review here on Hellopeter just to make an empty promises saying he is going to resolve my dispute with them and it’s going take 10 days to do that and he is going to call me back after 10 days to make sure it’s resolve guess what it’s been way more than 10 days and none of that happened ! It was just a call to BLUFF me and everyone on this platform to act as if they doing something yet they not , instead on top that they are now paying GP doctors consultation on my savings now this is Bull**** at its best . SOMEONE AT DISCOVERY NEEDS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILY OF ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS not as just NUMBERS and I see it’s about the bottom line more than service because am now at the point where am going to take this to your OMBUDSMAN and even going further and let other customers know you guy’s are not taking your customers seriously.
