Discovery Health Being Totalitarian

Discovery Health has been billing me R1,256 per month. The option I authorised is R968 per month. Therefore they are billing me 30% more than the stated sum. I queried this. They rep**** ad verecundiam: that they were right, in fact more than right, and "you would have noticed" the date on their grand plan, and "have a lovely day further". This was done with such confidence (Lerelle Reddy) that Discovery must be doing this to people all the time. This is absolutely not the way to respond to a question as to why, for what reason, they are taking 30% more than stated, and how I might understand it. Perhaps they missed the detail that I am an honoured client, not a serf, apparently.
