Discovery Health being petty over a co payment for an original chronic med over a generic that is never in stock

I am so disappointed that my mom is on a 200% paying health plan and has to get generic meds that are never in stock and then she has to still pay a co payment for the original. a R20 co payment can you believe how petty that is?
