DISCOVERY HEALTH BEING INCONSIDERATE

I have sleep apnea which is very chronic and can cause more damage to my health, Discovery refuses to acknowledge my illness as chronic and I was to told that I have to fund my sleeping oxygen equipment recommend a medical practitioner through the petty MSA. One lousy excuse was that they could not find the equipment code on their lists to recognise my condition as chronic. They are very inconsiderate to maybe consider that I am a member for more that 10 years, without such a claim or even any frivolous claims. Kindly assist, my health in the red zone.
