DISCOVERY HEALTH

Totally disgusted with Discovery Health medical aid and if I could rate them a minus I would. They are quick to get in touch when you want to join and our payment goes off promptly every month. However when you phone them about being covered for this or that because it's mentioned in your plan as being covered you are told no sorry that particular blood test, illness etc is not covered always something. I have contacted them 3 times now as a new member and each time it's no sorry not covered only if you go to hospital or we cover this but we don't cover that. Conveniently seem to cover nothing you ask about. It all looks good on paper until you actually pay and belong. Won't recommend them to anyone!!
