Discovery Health - Bad Service
I have logged a claim for a knee scooter Inquiry feedback -MailRef#***# and Discovery has been giving me the run around for alomost a week to get this claim paid. I have mailed then, phoned them and spoken to virtual agents, but no luck in getting an answer other than 2-3 days turn around time! Seems Discovery is getting too big to render proper service!
