Discovery health Bad & *********** Service

Had to have an emergency procedure done. Was transferred from 1 province to the next to be allowed care in January, to date Discovery has still not given authorization to pay out for the care given by the doctors an hospital. Now I am getting calls from lawyers demanding payment. Been calling Discovery since February and been getting the run around. Not sure what else to do here, paying for something that you can't use seems useless to me. I will definitely be taking this matter to the counsel as my name will now be blackened due to the incompetence of your workers.
