DISCOVERY HEALTH

On the 4th of June 2022 I had to be admitted to the hospital and the hospital sent an authorisation to the medical aid but my authorisation was put on hold and when I contacted discovery to enquire about this and I was advised that the PMA form which is needed to finalise my authorisation has been sent to Dr Leonard it’s been 3 days since I have been waiting for this form and discovery is not doing anything to assist since there is a delay from this doctor. I have to be the one suffering the delay and it’s been 3 days waiting to be admitted.
