Discovery Health are worst health providers.

I have ordered my chronic medication on Friday 4th June 2021.i did not receive and sms confirming my order. I had to pay the levy same time. I called discovery on Saturday and was told I should wait for the Dischem to send me sms confirming collection. Today is Monday I called discovery at 800am as I don't have any medication left. I was told by discovery that the person will log a query and it will take up to 24 hours. after telling the person its chronic medication. As my family we pay R12000 a month and we are told to wait after we have no chronic medication left. I have being literally told by discovery that my health means nothing .Disgusting.
