Discovery health - apply till you die

<p>I have been trying for 3 months to add my parents as dependants on my medical aid. They are existing members at Liberty but I convinced them to move with me to Discovery. What a mistake. They let you know on a Tuesday that their membership will be processed within 24 hours just to let you know on a Friday afternoon at 16h00 that they need more info. The same info you have provided 3 times by email before. Then on the Monday they phone you and tell you that this is really the last info they need just to repeat the same process time and time again. I am beyond disgusted with the service.</p>
