Discovery Health appalling service

Trying to arrange medical cover for a family; between Hippo and Discovery, the lack of service is absolutely appalling! Try to contact Discovery on either *** or *** and you will listen to crossed lines where you can hear people talking in the background, but they don't answer your call, or be kept holding for upwards of 30 mins. Absolutely shocking service from a so called leader in the industry!! They clearly don't want/need our business.
