Discovery Health App problems

I recently had to download the Discovery Health App, it's not easy but I managed BUT I have 3 major problems. 1.I have to get my chronic medication from Dischem, I do not want to deal with them I prefer Clicks 2. I can't order my wife's chronic medication, she has to order on her Discovery App. (BUT I have ordered her medication for years on the old App.) 3. Help though their Whatsap is extremely complicated and does not give good guidance.
