A very controlling organisation with no clue how members have to manage their lives. I cannot take my new prescription to a local pharmacy. Must be the pharmacy I have always gone to. Cannot get my mom's medication 3 days early. Then they won't subsidize her chronic. Unbelievable the amount of control over someone's life.
