Discovery Health always avoiding paying claims

Worst medical aid company ever. Keep sending them very clear images of claims, and everytime all they say is claims invalid and illegible as they don't want to pay those claims, when on my end images are so clear. Very unwilling to help and always finding a problem with them when it comes to paying claims
