Discovery health aiding staff in not fulfilling their obligations

I have written a review about discovery health in regards to aiding their staff to commit contempt of legal agreements and a consultant contacted me and assured that I will receive a follow up on the outcome. To date I am still waiting the follow up and my cancellation is due in a month. I have no means of being able to prepare myself not knowing what the outcome is.
