Discovery Health Admin Nightmare

Discovery Health is arguably supposed to be the top Medical Aid in this Country. Paying them almost R10k per month for the privilege of being a member to me means that you should expect the best service. Not so. My wife had a caesarean a year ago at Flora Clinic, and I am now being blacklisted by them (a year later) for not paying my account, an account which according to my Discovery membership level (the top Compehensive level), should be paid by them. Although the people at the Discovery call centre have been extremely helpful, the management, who assured me six months ago that this would be sorted out, is really dropping the ball here. Being upset is an understatement. Being blacklisted in this country has long term effects on your credit history. Discovery, I appeal to you, please sort out this matter urgently!!
