Discovery health admin is useless

Even one star is too high. Ive been a member of discovery for a number of years. At the end of September 2019 I retired. On the 18th of September I got an email from Discovery stating that my memberdhip will terminate on the 30th of September. If I want to continue my membership I have to send certain documentation, which I did. Did not receive any further communication. When trying to get my chronic medication, the system said I am no longer a member. Numerous calls and emails followed and it could not be sorted because suddenly they dont get any emails from me. Eventually I went to a disvovery branch to deliver the documentaion. They assured me it will be sorted. Today when I went to get my medication it still says that my membership was terminated. I am hard of hearing so I cannot speak over a phone. One of my daughters have consent from me to handle communication with discovery. The consultant said that more than 30 days has lapsed so I must get a medical exam to become a member. The people working for discovery are absolutely useless and clueless.
