Discovery Health a *******

I had a cataract operation on both eyes on October 1 2019. To date Discovery have paid less than half of the costs. Their excuses to date include, double claim (ie will only pay for 1 eye), replacement lenses limited to cheap Chinese R1700 (glasses cost R5000). Wont pay for consumables needed to run the robot etc etc They also deleted the claim from my claims history and cannot explain why.
