Discovery Health ...... a company you have to pay high contributions to discover poor service

<p>This has happened before and has happened again. I submit a claim, for a service I had already paid for. A week later I get a response code 267...provider practice code cannot be found on claim. Firstly, the practice number is there, big and clear (even I can read it without my glasses). Secondly, I have been a member for over 15 years, twice a year I submit a claim from this service provider (a normal specialist physician), SO SURELY IF ONE CANT READ NUMBERS one could just refer back to a previous statement or LOOK UP the practice number. There is NO excuse to return that claim, WITH A PRACTICE NUMBER because yoDISCOVERY can't fint it. Even if it wasn't there LOOK IT UP!! Surely for the high contributions you ask monthly you could emply staff that can find practice numbers!!</p>
