The Discovery app is pathetic. You can’t scan your Smart shopper card for benefits as it proposes and whenever you need to ask for assistance you get a pathetic chat bot which can’t answer anything related. Then if you try phone them GOOD LUCK getting an agent to answer after being transferred from department to department. They are very good at taking our cash but DON’T deliver
