Well Discovery Medical Aid has been thus far the most disgusting and full of nonsense since it has been taken over by Alexandre Forbes. They always come back with the most ridiculous excuses as to why they won't pay for this or that. Daleen Nel (whoever this is as they send correspondence and don't bother to even signify what there position is at Discovery). Has sent the most ******* email that is stating that I can go and get 3 pints of blood from casualty and have a scope done to see why I am losing so much blood, from my medical history she can see that I have scopes done annually..... As she states that it can be done At casualty and that there was no need for me to be admitted into hospital. So they pay for everything else but not the scope as it can be done in causalty???? Well I never I will definitely not let this stand... I will contact my lawyer if this decision is not reversed and I will then sue Discovery Health for all its got and this is no an idle threat........
