So, I was pregnant early last year. And I had issues trying to get an approval for a gynae appointment. I started bleeding, then called in desperation and tears trying to get an appointment for my gynae. Weirdest thing, after 1 month of pleading for an authorisation, I get the authorisation number after about 30 minutes. Well, it was too late, I had already lost my baby.

Then, my contract was terminated due to company changes, and I was unfortunately left unemployed. I had been looking for a job desperately, but then I discovered that I was pregnant, which meant that employment options were minimal. Every opportunity that came up, I disclosed that I was pregnant, and was told that I would be considered perhaps after the baby arrived.

Now, I'm already unemployed, s****ping up whatever I can, to keep my accounts in order. I'm pregnant, and stressed, because Discovery now moved me to the highest income bracket, which is more than double my previous premiums. I already couldn't afford the lower premium... And now... I am stuck trying to figure everything out.

Discovery Health are a bunch of blood suckers.

I understand that it's purely business, but don't play with people's lives, especially the unborn. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! THEY DON'T ACTUALLY CARE!!! It's not the first time that they have done this. And I'm sure that it won't be their last.
