My experience and the service I have received ever since joining Discovery Health has been nothing short of POOR and DISGUSTING.

Discovery health is one big *******...

being on the Essential Delta Saver plan you have a maternity benefit which states that ''Your baby under the age of two years is covered for two visits to a GP, paediatrician or an ear, nose and throat specialist.''

How to get the benefit You can activate the benefit in any of these ways: Create your pregnancy or baby profile on the Discovery app or on our website at www.discovery.co.za When you pre-authorise your delivery or you register your baby as a dependant on the Scheme

This is extremely misleading as it does not state that you will now be adding your newborn baby as an entire dependant for whom you will be paying a premium of R1033 !!!

My partner and I will be cancelling both our medical aid plans with Discovery
