Discovery Health

I have been with Discovery Health since 2005. I am not a sickly person and have not been in hospital for many years until January 2019, my Dr admitted me to hospital to have some tests done. I was in hospital for 3 days. Almost all the costs were covered except one of the pathologist claims of R169.90. I have queried why this was not paid, and I received an answer that this was for insulin billed. I am not a diabetic so I am not sure why I needed the insulin. The fact that the medical aid is not prepared to pay this is totally unacceptable. When I am required to pay my full medical aid payment every month I pay, but yet such a small claim of R169.90 is rejected by Discovery.
