I am so disappointed with the service I received from the 28th of March and again the 5th of April. I would like to know what exactly should happen when I get authorisation of one day?what qualifies the rap to tell me that I have only one day to be in hospital? Are they now qualified doctors? They don't even visit us in our wards to see progress atleast, to my surprise i had to return to hospital 3days after I was released only to be told I must pay the hospital from my pocket because I was only authorized to stay for a day. How was I supposed to feel, that time I'm being booked in because my pulse is too high and I have short breaths but still I must fight this battle? Who sat down and desided this is the best route? For intererest sake even now I am authorized for one day and I'm still admitted since I'm still having episodes. Not every investigation takes a day. Why must we always struggle to get served for the services we are paying for?

I am reporting this back at work as the whole company is using discovery, I am so hurt by this treatment, treating me as if I'm *****ing from you. I left my family at hope because I'm not well, I'm not here for a vacation.
