Discovery Health

I am seriously considering cancelling my Discovery membership and switch to a different service provider. I wish every day I have done this long ago! Discovery Health has been showing me nothing but disrespect. Even their accounting errors they turn around and withheld a refund due to me. After months and them admitting a staff member made a mistake with processing the claim and then misplacing the follow-up information, I needed to phone, email and beg to get the corrected refund. Discovery Health even rudely send me a sms with no explanation that I owe Discovery Health money, after their employees' errors, without any official apology. Even their Apps continually show errors and then they want to promote themselves as the best Bank and service provider! Discovery Health is supposed to promote health and wellbeing, but instead are causing unnecessary stress with their poor systems and client care.
