Discovery healt must fall

Pathetic service. Really dissapointed. This being my 2nd time giving discovery another chance. I am in a terrible situation regarding my health and as per gynae this could affect fertility. I have been waiting since monday for these fkn useless heartless beings from discovery to provide authorisation for my procedure which was suppose to be today. I keep getting the same **** that they are waiting for the standards dept to review my history before making a decision on whether to approve my auth or not. All this after being told several times there is no waiting period. I am paying an amount of R2773 a month so i would not have issue but these useless ******* found yet another excuse to make me hang. So sick off them and already regretting joining discovery again. I have read all of the reviews here about discovery and what ****es me off even more are the standard fkn replies and responses from discovery. I do not want to here any apologies for inconvience and no you demons do not understand my frustration. So heres to the beginning of my goal to make you guys famous.
