Discovery have staff that are unable to do their j

I have had a certain medication for many years and in the past Discovery have paid for it in full.<br> They now decided I was having too many doses and stopped admitting/paying for my medication.<br> They asked for the script.<br> <br> I sent them the script showing the dosage. <br> I heard nothing for a while and wrote again.<br> Got a further letter in reply asking for the script and a motivation from the doctor.<br> <br> I give up ....they are either employing stupid people or they are deliberately *****ing my money.
