Discovery have no clue whats going on regarding there clients payments! Very amateur like business

I have never seen a company not knowing what is going on like Discovery! I was in arrears in June 22k which i paid and on the 28th i received sms medical aid is active! On the 1st July my debit order went off and medical aid was still active! I have not paid yet for Aug and still 6k in arrears but i get an sms saying i am 33k in arrears! Its impossible and trying to phone Discovery they have no clue! Why do i need to send proof of payments again which i already did in June and debit order went of in July so how can i be in arrears 33k? How can discovery have no updated records? How can my medical aid be active and then one month later in arreara 3 months? Very frustrating dealing with diacovery
