Discovery have listed me a defaulter on ITC after sending notice of debt to incorrect and obscure postal address

<p>I am beside myself in panic and stress. I terminated my medical aid late in 2015. Then in April 2016 I received a call from a debt colector that my account was handed over. I contacted Discovery to obtain the full debt due plus the account details so I caould make payments. Discovery sent me an email containing letters that were suppossedly sent to me to demand the debt, the letters show an address that I do not know of and which I never provided to the company. There is no company name on the letters. So in spite of my giving the correct address and in spite of Discovey having my full contact details, letters were sent to the incorrect and obscure address. I commenced making payments in April and May and will finalise the payments in June 2016 but now I may have lost a job opportunity due to the fact that the company listed me as a defaulter on ITC. </p>
