Discovery has transformed to a nightmare medica aid

I dont know why discovery always has way to mistreat their members! A razor wire cut my son's left earlope in 2019, we rushed to the ER the ear was stitched, but to our surprise mid 2020 going to 2021 something started growing on that earlope and now it has became a big tumor, in 2021 we consulted with a mexilla facial doctor he said he will be able to remove the tumor then discovery approved/ Authorised the whole procedure, now they are changing their story they are claiming its not sufficient enough for the medical to pay for the procedure, so why did the authorities then later change their story now it means my son must stay with this tumor for the rest of his life thanx to discovery. I REGRET THE DAY I JOINED DISCOVERY!!!
