Discovery has taken my MONEY without my authorisation!- thats *****ing

<p>good day,</p> <p>I was diagnosed with Lupus a few years ago. I am currently 25 and have been in and out of hospital more than I can remember.</p> <p>november 14 last year, i went for blood tests and discovery did not cover all costs. this was an unfortunate situation and i was asked to pay. I filled out a form for special payments and asked discovery to take it out of my savings. I was advised by Kabelo who is a gem of an indivudual and followed up on this query since day one, kept me updated, probably the best agent i spoke to- EVER.</p> <p>I completed the form and asked discovery to pay that R1788 towards Du Buisson and i called debt administration and spoke to Ntombi to make arrangements to pay this off for 6 months.</p> <p>Discovery stole my money as I did not give them permission to take it as I have already started paying towards this amount outstanding to this painful medical aid.</p> <p>i said this before and i will say it again, taking money from sick people is what you guys do best!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i am sick and tired of this pathetic service and bull**** excuse for a company as you guys make me cry at least 2 times a month,</p> <p> </p> <p>dying would be easier than living with the thought of dealing with you painful, annoying money making scheme.</p> <p> </p>
