Discovery has ****** ME !!!!!

I was forced to disclose my banking details in order move to personal capacity. I told discovery that i would prefer doing an eft or cash deposit for the 1 month gap so that my medical aid remained active. I was told that my medical aid will be suspended if i do not give my banking details.

The first question i asked was whether i would be double debited and the consultant said NO. I told discovery that my new employers would be deducting my premiums from my salary. The very same thing happened and discovery debited my premiums from my personal account and also my premiums were deducted from my salary on 2/11/2015. Since then i have engaged discovery on numerous calls and emails asking for my refund and was told the same **** story every time that it take 5-7 working days for debit order to reflect in their account. 7 days came and passed and still no refund. Another 7 days passed and i was told today that discovery decided NOT to refund me and will not be debiting me for the next month. What ******** !! I have been waiting for my refund due to my financial needs. I spoke to various escalation levels and their stories kept contradicting and more and more stories.Pathetic Service!!

Hello Hassankhan69,

Thank you for your comment.

We investigated your query and confirmed that the refund has been done on the 17/11/2015. This would have taken up to 3 working days to reflect in your account. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the manner in which your query was handled. We're in the process of addressing this internally to ensure there is no reoccurrence.

Regards
