Discovery has not paid claim for pension and retirement investment (Claim in Feb)
I worked for discovery and my last date of work was 18 Feb 2022 imagine until now they have not paid out my claim for the pensions and retirement investment i had with them. They indicated that i needed to update my ID with SARS which i did and sent them comms from SARS confirming the update however they have not paid me. One has to be careful when getting a benefit from organisations because when it really matter at the time of pay out they dont come forth and fulfil their commitment. How SAD. Think twice when buying your investment package because it is very discouraging why they have not paid me yet. Reasons best know to themselves

Relevance of finances/money is having it at a point when you need it, in this case one wants to spent money to meet a certain personal pressure but Discovery is withholding the funds. When it came to monthly deduction you where quick and efficient and did not bring in any regulation or huddles or delays. I put in the claims in February but this is May going to June i have not been paid

Looking at Discovery it is sad to say that i am disappointed as i have noticed that I have provided everything and yet the money is withheld from me.
