Discovery has not interest in their clients,

i am so fed up with discovery, its always excuses and lies, each agent has a different story. my son is 10 years old, he is experiencing a problem with warts, he has 24 warts on his hand, and 2 on his face, we saw our doctor yesterday who advised that he needs to go to theater to have them remover because there are to many to do in his rooms, i called discovery this morning for authorization, and true they had an excuse, telling me is cosmetic and they cannot cover, spoken to another agent who then told me my request has been sent to another department, but sorry mam i must tell you it does not look good for you. where is discoveries client service?? is it all about the money? i was told to have them done in the doctors rooms in stages, i am saying no there is to many and after the first batch he will not want to go back.. i am horrified in the lack of care and service given. i have asked to cancel my membership due to the fact that discovery is greedy and is never able to assist. i will take this even further.
